Houston’s first and only home based business that offers both gourmet brownies and premium ice creams - the original classic American dessert. We take the classic brownies you've grown to know and love but we've baked life back into ordinary brownies and made them extraordinary. We specialize in unique flavors for both our brownies and ice creams as well as brownie bowls. Brownie Bowls are bowl shaped brownies you can either have filled and topped with scrumptious delights or order them bare to add your own toppings. The Brownie Bowl is the first of its kind to offer Create-a-Brownie and the name says it all but here's how it works: All you do is add any mix-ins, swirl-ins, and/or toppings from our menu to any Classic, Favorite, or Specialty selection of your choice. Brownies and Blonde Brownies
We use only
the finest and freshest ingredients to produce the best tasting brownies,
blondies, and ice cream around! Our gourmet brownies are rich and fudgy,
decadent, and have been called "addicting". For those of you who are
new to the concept of blonde brownies aka blondies, they are a brown sugar base
(no cocoa added) cookie-like brownie. All Classic, Favorites, and
Specialty selections are available by the dozen (12 ct.) or brownie bites (18 ct.).
Our Signature flavors of the month are only available by the dozen to ensure
you receive the full Brownie Bowl experience!
Premium Ice Creams and Novelty TreatsWe've come up with innovative, seasonal flavor
combinations inspired by cocktails and desserts from around the world. It's our own spin on an already delectably creamy dessert, ice cream. We work hard to develop a
taste that’s above the rest! We make small batches at a time so you know you
are getting freshly churned premium quality frozen goodness. Here's what's in store for
you: Premium ice cream - in flavors that you've never had since each is
of our own creation (sold in pre-packed pints). Homemade waffle cones that are
fresh and made to order. Waffle cones come in an assortment of flavors
inspired by our brownie selections. Our ice cream sandwiches are made with the
best of both worlds which pairs round brownies/blondies with ice cream flavors
that complement each other. Which one of our scrumptious will be your favorite?

Meet the Founder/Owner/Head Baker
I am a self-taught baker with a passion and love for baking (especially brownies). Traditionally, I may be viewed as an "unconventional baker" simply because I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering of Technology and have never attended any culinary schools. I take great pride in creating innovative and tantalizing brownie inspired desserts. The thought process behind my business consists of structure and attention to detail, all of which co-exist with creativity and an endless amount of ideas for making brownies like nobody's business! I enjoy experimenting with different flavor combinations and finding new ways to perfect our recipes. Even though a brownie baking business may not have been my first career choice, I love where my life has led me. It wasn't until recently that the concept of offering customers the ability to add their choice of scrumptious items to a baked dessert, like brownies, came about. Why not? Ice cream parlors have been using this concept of adding and mixing items into an ice cream base for years now. Thus, the breadth of The Brownie Bowl came to be. I am proud of what I have built and can only hope that the growth of my brownie baking business reaches well above and beyond my dreams. I've said it before and I'll say it again- I am a brownie baker and proud of it!
